Pool above the olive groves, pergola for lunch in the shade, charcoal barbecue and parking on site. Cortona and Lake Trasimeno are 20 to 30 minutes by car. Access is along a white gravel road (strada bianca), fine in a normal car. Slow charging for electric cars on request.
